Calcium is critical for healthy bones and a strong body. Before you see your bones become brittle or your own body crippled by osteoporosis, stock up on calcium rich foods like dark green vegetables and dairy products.
Try to get at least 30 minutes a day of moderate aerobic exercise. If you’re unable to do 30 minutes a day due to fatigue or health issues, then at least shoot for 15 minutes. Every little bit counts and the more you exercise, the stronger you’ll become.
